Food Tours
By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale specified herein by Underground Epicureans (“Tour Organiser”). The Tour Organiser, their agents or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless caused by negligence of the Tour Organiser or its agents and employees), loss damage however caused while at an event nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason. Any refunds shall be made only at the Tour Organisers discretion.
A reference to a location in these terms means any café, retail store, provedore, food van/truck, market, fair, residence or any other business at which we may stop on the tour (‘location’).
Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
Cancellations can be converted to a gift voucher with a 12 month use by date. Otherwise, cancellations will incur a fee of 35% of ticket price.
If a tour is cancelled by Underground Epicureans a full refund will be given to tickets holders. We will give you as much notice as possible and you may choose to transfer your booking to another date or time.
Underground Epicureans are not associated with the locations we visit on the tour. We are an independent entity and do not act as agent, employee, contractor or otherwise as a representative of any of the locations we stop at on the tour. We are not involved in any way in the preparation or supply of food or beverages consumed on the tour.
You accept that the menu is set, in the event that you don’t want what is offered, you accept that we cannot cater to last minute food requests or offer alternative meal choices, unless you have given prior notice (at least 5 days before the event or on ticket purchase) of special food or dietary requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, participants will be required to walk between locations. The estimated distance will be stated in the tour description and will utilise public roads and footpaths. Ticket holders need to determine their own ability to participate in the tour.
Pop Up Dining
By purchasing a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale specified herein by Underground Epicureans (“Event Organiser”). The Event Organiser, their agents or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless caused by negligence of the Event Organiser or its agents and employees), loss damage however caused while at an event nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason. Any refunds shall be made only at the Event Organisers discretion.
Tickets are sold subject to the following conditions:
· Once sale is completed, no refunds will be made except pursuant to event postponement or cancellation. In the instance of a cancelled event you will be refunded the full value of the ticket, in the instance of a postponed event, you will be offered a refund or your ticket can be made valid to a re-scheduled event. Booking fees are not refundable. Your tickets may be listed for resale, however you remain responsible for the cost of the ticket if it is not resold.
· Name changes are permitted. In this situation please email info@epicureans.com.au with your substitutes name, mobile number and email address the day before the event.
· Underground Epicurean events are restricted to persons 18 years and over. Event age restrictions and rules apply. No refunds will be made for ignorance of these restrictions.
· The Event Organiser reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse entry/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.
· The Event Organiser may vary advertised event program and details without prior notice.
· By participating in an event the Ticket Holder agrees to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
· The Event Organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
· NO BYO alcohol is permitted at Underground Epicureans events.

· The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event whether occuring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
