The latest food craze to hit the streets popped up at The Fresh Ingredient. The music was easy and the fires burning to warm us on a June evening. With the humour of your favourite uncle, Ian (Herbie) from Herbies Spices spoke with simple instruction to convert his wealth of spice knowledge into everyday terms. Then came the wrap! Hand cooked by guests, starting with the fresh tortilla on the barbecue. Anything goes! Choose your meat, spice it up, cook it up and roam the fruit and veg displays for fillings topped with Byron Bay Chilli sauces. Find a spot by the fire to savour the flavour, wash it down with a Tempranillo or a Dos Equis and then go back for more. Photos
